Harlon Drosghic is the founder of Citocred and the architect behind the proprietary scoring methodology that powers all rankings on the platform. With a degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Strategic Financial Management from PUC Minas — where he graduated top of his class — he developed a multi-dimensional evaluation framework that weighs fees, benefits, digital experience, and eligibility to produce comparable scores across products in different markets.

With over five years of experience in programmatic media and financial content marketing, Harlon combines deep technical expertise in product analysis with a precise understanding of how consumers search, compare, and decide on credit. This intersection of finance and content distribution is what sets Citocred apart from traditional aggregators: every ranking is built on structured data, not commercial agreements.

Before founding Citocred, he served as a Teaching Assistant in Financial Mathematics and Applied Statistics at PUC Minas, was Treasurer of the Central Student Board, and participated as a pilot in the SEMEAR extension project — experiences that consolidated his ability to communicate complex financial concepts in an accessible and decision-oriented way.
